This is an engine out of a 1994 honda cb250 nighthawk. It was removed from a running/driving motorcycle. it had 17,800 miles on it. The valve cover gasket is seeping oil, so I would recommend replacing it while the engine is out of the frame while it will be nice and easy. This will also fit the cmx250 rebel but depending on your year it may be necessary to swap the intake manifold.
