Engine has good compression , no spark could be the cdi or coil , or the stator . Please note the silicone used on the right side cover , and the crack also on the right engine cover , basically it will need a clutch cover . Also I'm pretty sure the water pump needs replaced . Also I'm parting the whole bike let me know if you need anything
